French Spice Blend-Herbs and Lavender-Fessler’s

Description French Spice Blend from Fessler’s is our only all herb blend. This blend combines whole herbs and lavender buds for a very aromatic seasoning mixture for a pleasant pop of flavor. This aromatic seasoning contains neither salt or sugar, like our other blends. Fessler’s French Spice Blend will add that French touch to your cooking and recipes. Try mixing it into melted butter and rub on and under the skin of a chicken before roasting it. Use it to infuse flavor into dishes like roast lamb, grilled fish, like salmon and scallop ceviche. Also, roasted vegetables, eggs, casseroles, soups and stews. The mixture can be added to foods and dishes before, during, or after cooking or mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking so as to infuse the flavor into the cooked food. Fessler’s French Spice Blend can also be sprinkled on raw foods such as vinaigrettes, salads or fresh cheese.  Adds festive floral to seemingly bland dishes. Made with Michigan Lavender.
